Delivery Information

We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday using next-day delivery to ensure frozen PuffPizza® products arrive in top condition. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Delivery Areas & Costs

We currently deliver across mainland UK. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure someone is available to receive and immediately store the items in a freezer upon delivery. PuffPizza® cannot take responsibility for defrosted or damaged items due to missed deliveries.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the issue. We will offer a refund or replacement where appropriate.
