  4. Energy Efficiency & Emissions
    • Optimize frozen logistics and batch production to reduce energy consumption and emissions.
    • Begin carbon footprint measurement by mid-2026 and establish a net-zero roadmap.
  5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
    • Regularly review and update operations to improve efficiency and lower our environmental impact.
    • Engage with partners and suppliers to adopt new eco-friendly practices and technologies.

Targets & Measurement

  • 2025: Reduce production waste by at least 20%.
  • 2026: Transition to 100% recyclable packaging and begin carbon footprint tracking.
  • Net Zero Goal: Implement a carbon reduction plan starting 2026 with annual progress reviews.

To monitor progress, we will:

  • Track energy use and delivery miles monthly.
  • Maintain logs for waste and recycling.
  • Conduct annual reviews of supplier sustainability practices.

Supplier & Community Responsibility

  • We work with SALSA-certified and ethically audited suppliers who meet our sustainability standards.
  • We prefer to source from local and responsible suppliers to reduce transport emissions.
  • As part of our community commitment, we aim to expand food donations and local partnerships to combat food waste and support vulnerable communities.
