Orders & Availability
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- If a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative, refund, or rescheduled delivery, ensuring you are never left without a fair resolution.
Product Information
- We work hard to ensure that all product descriptions, images, allergens, and ingredient details are accurate and up to date.
- All allergen information is clearly displayed on product pages and packaging.
- Minor variations in product appearance or packaging may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery Schedule
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday using next-day delivery to ensure products arrive at their best.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday to maintain product quality.
Delivery Areas & Costs
- We currently deliver across mainland UK.
- Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
- We continuously strive to minimise our carbon footprint through efficient delivery planning.
Receiving Your Order
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the parcel and store frozen products immediately.
- PuffPizza® cannot be held liable for products that are left unattended or defrosted due to missed deliveries.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
- If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with supporting photos. We will always offer a fair resolution (replacement or refund).
User Conduct
