- We work hard to ensure that allproduct descriptions, images, allergens, and ingredient detailsare accurate and up to date.

Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery Schedule
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday usingnext-day deliveryto ensure products arrive at their best.
- Orders placed after12:00 PM on Thursdaywill be shipped the following Monday to maintain product quality.
Delivery Areas & Costs
- We currently deliver acrossmainland UK.
- Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
- We continuously strive tominimise our carbon footprintthrough efficient delivery planning.
Receiving Your Order
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the parcel and store frozen products immediately.
- PuffPizza® cannot be held liable for products that are left unattended or defrosted due to missed deliveries.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to theperishable natureof our products, we cannot accept returns.
- If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect,please contact us within 24 hours with supporting photos. We will always offer afair resolution (replacement or refund).
User Conduct
- You agree to use this website forlawful purposes onlyand to provide accurate personal and payment details.
