As we grow, we aim to build responsible sourcing, fair working practices, environmental consideration and good governance into the way we develop our products and work with our manufacturing, supply and distribution partners.
PuffPizza® Ltd is a registered Sedex member (ZC5000071361). Our Sedex Self-Assessment Questionnaires cover key areas including labour standards, health and safety, business ethics and environmental practices.
1. Sustainability & Environment
We aim to reduce the environmental impact of our products and operations as the business grows.
Our priorities include:
- Reducing unnecessary packaging and increasing the use of recyclable materials
- Reviewing packaging specifications to balance product protection, food safety and environmental impact
- Working with manufacturing partners to minimise production and food waste
- Considering energy efficiency and transport impact when developing our manufacturing and distribution network
- Reviewing ingredient and material choices as commercially and technically viable alternatives become available
We recognise that environmental improvement is an ongoing process and will review our priorities as our production volumes and supply chain develop.
2. Modern Slavery & Responsible Sourcing
PuffPizza® has zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking and exploitation.
We expect suppliers and business partners to comply with applicable employment and human rights legislation and to maintain appropriate standards within their own operations and supply chains.
As our supplier network develops, we take ethical, social and environmental practices into consideration when selecting and reviewing key partners.
Where appropriate, we may request information or documentation relating to labour standards, responsible sourcing and supply-chain practices.

Our approach is informed by applicable legislation, recognised industry standards, customer requirements and the expectations of our manufacturing and supply-chain partners.
Where appropriate, we will establish measurable objectives and monitor progress against them.
