1. Public Commitment

2. Leadership & Accountability

  • Oversight for the GEP is assigned to the Director (Nicola Cossu) and any future HR/Operations managers.
  • They will review HR practices annually, ensuring that recruitment, promotion, and team culture are gender-balanced and inclusive.

3. Data Collection & Monitoring

  • Initial Targets:
    • Strive for at least 40–60% gender balance across roles when the team grows beyond 3 employees.
    • Monitor diversity beyond gender (e.g., age, ethnicity) using anonymous surveys.
  • Monitoring: Collect sex-disaggregated and diversity data during hiring and annual team reviews.

4. Training & Awareness

  • Annual training on unconscious bias, inclusive recruitment, and workplace respect.
  • Sharing free online resources such as the EC GEAR tool and DEI guides with staff and advisors.
  • Embedding inclusive practices in communications and brand storytelling.
