Cooking from frozen
Do not defrost. Preheat the oven.
- Combi oven, hot air: 195°C for 15–18 minutes.
- Convection fan oven: 190–200°C for 15–20 minutes.
- Deck oven: 200°C for 15–20 minutes.
Bake until fully risen and evenly golden. For deck ovens, check the underside for crispness. Times vary with oven performance, loading and tray type.
Not suitable for microwave cooking. Serve hot after baking and follow your kitchen’s approved service and holding procedures.
